Business portraits for IT and technology teams

Your services are technical, but the collaboration is personal. Developers, project managers, support, and management give your company a face. I photograph them for an appearance that is professionally clear and recognizable as a team.

Not just showing what you can do. But who you are.

What images you need

Images for clients, colleagues, and new talents

Team and contact partner pages

A coordinated portrait style connects different roles. Clients see who accompanies them in development, project management, or support – without staged typing in front of random screens.

Recruiting and corporate culture

Real employees make the careers page more personal. Small team constellations can show who works together; a mere list of benefits thus gets a human counterpart.

Management and professional profiles

Portraits for LinkedIn, specialized articles, and press should match your company's branding. We plan various crops for square profiles and wider website areas from the start.

Prepare together

Even a distributed team can be conceived together

For a team of around ten people, a shared day on-site can be a good start. For larger IT companies, we plan individual departments, specialized groups, or locations. Individual portraits are organized consecutively; for group photos, we schedule a common window. If not everyone is on-site, we discuss additional dates and a repeatable image style.

Technical workstations do not automatically make good backgrounds. We check visual calm, space, and light, avoiding visible customer data, access information, or unpublished developments. The appearance can look modern without making your people disappear behind technology and props.

Marketing and HR can combine their image requirements in a joint briefing: employee photos for the website, managing director portraits for press and trade articles, as well as motifs for recruiting and employer branding. We clarify formats, scope of use, and responsibility for image selection in advance.

I work in the studio in Bad Soden am Taunus and on site in Frankfurt, the Taunus, and the Rhine-Main region. We coordinate location and scope to match your images.

Your questions regarding planning

How do we plan photos for a hybrid team?

A shared in-person day is helpful. If that is not possible, we will coordinate several dates and a continuing series. A group photo requires everyone to be present at the same time.

Do we need to be photographed in suits?

No. Your clothing should match your actual way of working and your desired image. Uniform visual styling does not mean everyone has to wear the same dress code.

Can new employees join later?

Yes, follow-up appointments can be arranged for a planned portrait series. Lighting, background, and framing are already taken into account during the first shoot.

Your next step

Tell me about your team.

To start with, a few details are enough. We will clarify together which images make sense and what effort is involved.

  • Team size, in-office and remote shares
  • Required images for website, careers, and professional profiles
  • Design guidelines as well as confidential work areas
