Portraits for hosts and family businesses
A hotel, a restaurant, or a winery is also shaped by its people. Personal images of owners, hosts, and the team make this side of your business visible. I photograph the people behind your offering for your website and corporate presentation.

What images you need
Introduce hosts before guests arrive
Owners and family businesses
Portraits of one person or multiple generations can accompany your company history. We consciously distinguish between private family photos and professional appearances.
Reception, service, and team
Individual images and small groups show the contact persons of your company. Uniform portraits connect different tasks without obscuring the personal nature of your employees.
People in viticulture and agriculture
Those who select, cultivate, advise, or bear responsibility should be visible alongside the offering. Portrait planning focuses on these individuals; product and landscape photography are a separate scope.
Prepare together
With consideration for guests and operating hours
With about ten employees, we coordinate shifts and quiet time slots. A group photo requires a clearly agreed-upon time. Individual portraits can be planned one after another so that reception or service can remain staffed.
We choose a background that suits your house without including uninvolved guests in the picture. We will discuss clothing, the season, and, if necessary, an alternative to outdoor shots in advance. This request covers portraits and team photos, not event coverage, wedding photography, or automatic room and food photography.
I work in the studio in Bad Soden am Taunus and on-site in Frankfurt, the Taunus, and the Rhine-Main region. We will coordinate the location and scope to match your images.

Your questions regarding planning
Can multiple generations of the family business be photographed?
Yes. We will discuss who belongs to the professional appearance and whether individual portraits, a group photo, or both make sense. The images will be tailored to the planned corporate presentation.
Does the hotel or restaurant have to be closed during this time?
That depends on the room, lighting, guest volume, and subjects. A quiet area and coordinated individual appointments may suffice; for group photos, joint availability is important.
Is coverage of a celebration part of the offer?
No. This is about prepared portraits and team photos. Events, parties, and functions are not part of this offer.
Your next step
Tell me about your team.
A few details are enough to get started. We will clarify together which pictures make sense and what effort is involved.
- People and stories that are to be presented
- Shifts, guest volume, and possible shooting times
- Website sections and other planned uses
You will receive an individual offer for the discussed scope.
